heavyskint – “Vice”

Glasgow band heavyskint are kicking off their recorded work with “Vice”, and it’s a solid introduction to who they are right now. They’ve already built a name for themselves with sold out shows around the city, so hearing the studio version of a track that’s been with them since the earliest days is interesting. “Vice” was the first song they wrote together, and the only one they’ve kept from back then, which says a lot about how strongly they connect with it.

They recorded it with Chris McCrory, and the story behind the session matches the rough around the edges sound they’re known for.
