Dorine Levy – “Stand As A Rock”

Today, I’m excited to share with you Dorine Levy’s latest album, titled “Stand As A Rock”. For those who don’t know, Dorine is a super-talented singer-songwriter from Canada, now living in Tel Aviv. She’s already made waves with “Underwater“, which got shoutouts from big names like MTV and INDIE SHUFFLE, you should check it out when you finish listening to “Stand As A Rock”, and she even had a song in the movie Dead Sea. So, I was pumped to check out this new release.

When I popped in my headphones and hit play, I was hooked from the first track. This album’s got 18 songs, which is a ton, but every single one brings something fresh. The themes, of strength, resilience, love, and self-discovery, hit me right in the feels. One track I can’t get enough of is “Tough Love”. That melody just lingers in your head all day. Then there’s “Feel Alive”, this total banger that makes me want to dance around my room every time it comes on.

Dorine’s voice is so captivating, and the way she mixes indie, pop, and alternative vibes is just spot-on. The whole album feels like a journey, and the title “Stand As A Rock” totally nails it, it’s all about standing tall, and you can hear that in every note.
