Redrama – “Did My Part”

Operating completely out of his home studio in Turku, Redrama is running his musical operation with absolute creative freedom. After years of major label deals with Sony and Universal, the Finnish musician is handling the songwriting, production, and instruments entirely on his own. His single “Did My Part”, released on 29th May 2026, puts that total independence on full display, blending hip hop with textures that pull from rock, jazz, funk, and country.

The groove of the track is anchored by a deep synth bassline that Redrama worked over until the pocket locked in perfectly. He moves past simple two chord loops, taking the arrangement into complex territory reminiscent of Quincy Jones.
