OpCritical – “USA”
OpCritical’s single “USA” is the kind of release that gets your attention fast because it has a real point behind it. From the start, I got the sense that this was made to respond to everything a lot of people are dealing with right now in America, and that gives it a strong identity. It mixes punk, rock, trap, and modern melodies in a way that keeps things interesting without losing focus, which is not easy to pull off.
What I love the most is how the song deals with chaos and frustration while still trying to push people toward unity and action. There is anger in it, but there is also hope, and that combination made the message land harder. The video also sounds like a big part of why “USA” sticks with you. Using American images, slogans, and sharp contrasts gives the release another layer and helps match the intensity of the song. I also think the switch between styles and the female Arabic melody mixed with the punk energy makes it stand out even more.
“USA” left me genuinely curious about where OpCritical goes next. Follow OpCritical on social media to stay updated on new releases this year.
