Motihari Brigade – “Save Ourselves”

Motihari Brigade has a new track out, titled “Save Ourselves”, and it really makes you stop and think about how wild the modern world has become. It is a teaser for their upcoming third album, “Problematic”, which is dropping on June 25. And I’m excited to share it with you when it drops.

The whole idea behind the track hits close to home. A lot of people thought that moving away from old-school religion would automatically make the world a smarter, more rational place. But instead of getting more scientific, it feels like society just traded one kind of group-think for another. Now we are stuck dealing with tech algorithms and billionaire-funded narratives that keep everyone angry and divided.

That is where this song comes in. Songwriter and guitarist Eric Winston uses some heavy electric guitar vibrato to cut through all that noise. The band actually took their name from the town in India where Orwell was born, and that same truth-seeking vibe is all over this track. It is straightforward rock-n-roll that questions everything, acting like a bit of healthy rebellion against the digital machine we live in today. It makes you wonder if we can actually step outside the bubble and start thinking for ourselves again.

If you want to see where this project goes next, look up Motihari Brigade on social media and give them a follow to catch the full album when it lands later this year.
