for KING & COUNTRY – “the most beautiful colours”

For King and Country share their fifth studio album, the most beautiful colours. The songs are packed with rich cinematic sounds and positive messages about finding joy in daily life. Every track brings an uplifting rhythm designed to offer hope when things get hard.

The talented artists stepped away from stages and tour buses for a season of intentional rest. They stayed home, spent time with neighbors and family, and enjoyed a quiet period of ordinary life and that changed how they recorded this beautiful album, grounding every song in real experiences close to home.

The record opens with ‘world on fire’, featuring Taylor Hill. Other guest tracks include Jessica Simpson singing on ‘my mosaic’ and the brothers teaming up with their wives, MŌRIAH and Courtney Smallbone, on ‘ever & ever before’. Another song, ‘thank God’, includes writing work from Zac Lawson.

The melodies encourage people to slow down and notice what is happening around them. The lyrics look right at difficult circumstances and ask how to find a little bit of joy and light. The music acts as a gentle reminder of the miraculous things hidden in ordinary routines.

Give their social media pages a follow this year to stay updated on new releases and watch their upcoming action musical film, Drummer Boy, when it opens in theaters nationwide on November 6.
