Darynka – “body.404”

Darynka’s new EP, “body.404”, isn’t something you just play in the background; it pulls you in and demands your full attention.
“body.404” feels personal, even as it drifts through fractured digital textures and distorted rhythms. Her voice isn’t trying to perform, it’s almost like she’s whispering something just for herself, and you’re catching pieces of it. The beats stutter, stretch, and collapse into something that feels half-human, half-machine. There’s tension, but not the kind that builds to a drop, it just hovers, unresolved, like the kind of anxiety you don’t know how to name.
From “Uploaded body” to “Sensual Body”, Darynka isn’t trying to explain anything, and that’s kind of the point. This EP lives in that grey area between connection and distance, touch and absence, noise and silence. It’s not about getting clarity, it’s about feeling your way through the blur.
If you’re into music that messes with structure and sits more in emotion than in genre, “body.404” will probably stay with you longer than you expect. It lingers, like a conversation you keep replaying in your head. And my favorite track that can repeat again and again is “Real body”.
To keep up with Darynka and whatever strange and beautiful thing she does next, follow her on social media. She’s clearly not done exploring, and there’s more to come in 2025.
