Sophia Bavishi is a Phoenix-based singer, songwriter, and producer who has spent years shaping her own corner of electronic music.

The track is produced alongside OnSum, and the two clearly know how to build atmosphere together. It’s late-night electronic pop, the kind that pulls you in slowly rather than hitting you over the head. There’s dance pop energy in the structure, but the production has this hazy, almost cinematic quality that keeps it from feeling like a straightforward club record. Layered vocals, atmospheric textures, it does a lot without overplaying its hand.

The hook is the most interesting part. The central “ahh” vocal moment started as a spontaneous improvised idea and ended up becoming the emotional core of the track.
