New Laconia – “Captain Daredevil”

New Laconia, the Ukrainian metal project building its own sci-fi world, is back with a new animated video for their single “Captain Daredevil”. This release picks up right after the events on the planet Symmetry. The main character, Bartender Bear, finds an artifact called the Gift of Time. It’s powerful, but it sets off a string of problems instead of solving anything.

Soon after, the Bear is ambushed by space pirates and loses his ship. That means no more traveling across dimensions. With things falling apart fast, he and the Engineer decide to look for Captain Daredevil, a well-known bounty hunter and war veteran. That’s where the story takes a sharp turn into action.

Compared to the previous chapter, which had a slower pace and more mystery, this one goes harder. The visuals are intense and the sound matches that energy, and it’s heavier and more aggressive, and it keeps the focus on survival and quick decisions. You can tell things are getting serious for these characters.
