Jasio – “Fantasy”
Jasio’s debut album Fantasy feels like a personal project in the best way, and you can tell he’s not relying on a team or chasing what’s popular. After years of playing with Kobra and the Lotus, he’s doing everything himself here, from writing to mixing.
The music doesn’t sit in one category, it’s got a strong rock edge blended with dark electronic layers and heavy synth bass. Some parts feel close to modern EDM or hip-hop, but it all flows naturally. It never comes across like it’s trying to follow someone else’s formula.
“Fall” and “Okay” really stood out to me, they each take a different direction but still fit together, and nothing on the album feels like filler. It sounds like Jasio had a clear idea of what he wanted to make and followed through without cutting corners.
If you’re into music that mixes raw guitars with darker modern sounds, this is worth checking out. There’s no one lane it fits into, which is kind of the point. Keep an eye on what he’s doing next and follow him on social media if you want to stay updated on new music for the rest of 2025.
