Third Bloom x Tash Breeze – “Grace”

Third Bloom is a Brighton artist, and “Grace” is just an impressive track that you will love, it runs around eight minutes, which normally might feel like a lot, but here it gave the track room to grow. It starts in a tight, tense way with clipped beats and a heavy bassline, then opens into bigger orchestral passages that make it hit even harder.

Tash Breeze really holds the centre of it. Her voice gives the song something personal while everything around her keeps getting larger and more intense. That contrast worked for me because it never sounded like the track was reaching for drama just for the sake of it. There’s real anger here, real sadness too, and still a small sense that not everything is lost.

The video stuck with me as much as the song did. All those faces flashing by in stop motion made it hard to look away, and it gave the whole thing a nervous, uneasy edge. When the text fragments and ember visuals start building near the end, it lands like a warning more than decoration.

I liked “Grace” because it feels committed to its idea and doesn’t water itself down. It leaves you with something to sit with after it ends. Follow Third Bloom on social media this year to stay updated on new releases.
