Luan Luan crashes back onto the scene with “Nonsense”, a bright and punchy return that feels more like a confident reintroduction than just a new single. ‘‘Nonsense’’ is the first track out of 4 of Luan Luan’s debut EP, and I cannot wait to hear the full project.

I love how “Nonsense” balances its pop edge with raw self-awareness, it’s lyrically restless without spiraling, and the instrumentation has a kind of wonky charm, especially when the saxophone comes in and totally shifts the mood. The vocals are stunning, a talented artist. Luan Luan sounds like they’ve got stories, but they’re not trying to explain them all at once.
