Last Frozen Sound – “Corvid”

I’m hooked on Last Frozen Sound’s new track “Corvid”. It’s one of those songs that sticks in your head. Every layer feels intentional and lush, from the glassy guitar lines to the syncopated bass and alternative drum patterns. Also, I really like the song’s artwork; it’s amazing.

Steve Fisher, the brains behind the project, really knows how to mix genres. The instrumentation is impressive, with Peter Martin’s trumpet and flugelhorn adding this gorgeous, smoky texture that elevates the whole thing. And the vocals are stunning and expressive, they bring so much emotion to the track that it’s impossible not to feel something.

“Corvid” is the kind of song that gets better with every listen. If you’re into music that’s rich, textured, and full of heart, this is for you. Go follow Last Frozen Sound on social media, you’ll want to keep up with whatever they do next in the rest of the year.
