ALL I LIVE FOR – “Into The Ether”

ALL I LIVE FOR is a heavy band from Leeds, and their new album Into The Ether, and it was written and recorded entirely by Mike Pearson, who also handled the production, mixing, and mastering. He basically built this thing from the ground up, and it comes across like a project that wasn’t rushed or thrown together. Dave Williams added drums on most of the tracks and gave feedback during the process, which helped shape the final result.

The album dives into a bunch of real-world topics like the damage caused by people in power, how we treat the planet, and how people can push themselves to do better. The track Give Me A Reason takes aim at leadership that keeps falling short, with tight guitars and big choruses that open things up in a bold way. Embers Of The Fallen focuses on getting past fear and taking action, instead of waiting around for things to change. Both tracks hit with intention without going over the top.
