Dunne recorded everything in his bedroom, and yeah, you can tell, in the best way. The vocals trip over themselves in a loose, conversational way that keeps things grounded and human. One track worth shouting out is “I Won’t Join Yr Church”, which sneaks in a sharp line about downloading music and buying DVDs just to dodge the filter of twelve corporate suits.
