Mark Winters – “The Science In Me”

Mark Winters is a singer-songwriter and aerospace engineer from Texas. His new ten-track album, The Science In Me, comes out on Bernoulli Records. The record mixes guitar work with ideas from science.

My favorite track, “Triangulation”, takes a scientific idea about finding a location from multiple points and turns it into a story about two people noticing each other in a crowded room. They try to find each other using whispers and echoes.

Other songs explore personal moments. Mark wrote “Can I Rise” with his son Chris Winters. Another song, “What Does It Mean To Be Human?”, started as a letter to his late grandmother and muse, Dean C. Winters. “All In The Rhythm” came from a hike in Zion National Park when he walked ahead of his wife and realized he needed to slow down and share the view. “Let It Rain” focuses on moving from grief toward forgiveness and healing. “Into The Flow” captures the exact moment a performer and audience connect on the same rhythm.

John Edward Ross, Michael Shanks, and Nash Overstreet helped produce the songs. Mark brings a positive rock vibe to the entire project, combining guitar-driven melodies with stories about love, family, and wonder.

You can catch him on the Good Vibes Highway Tour across the United States and Canada this year. Make sure to follow Mark Winters on social media to stay updated on new releases and tour news in 2026.
