Sean MacLeod – “Inside Out”

Irish musician Sean MacLeod is out with a single called “Inside Out”, taken from his May 2026 album That’s When the Earth Becomes a Star on Wake Up Records. Finishing a PhD in Musical Composition gave him room to sharpen his craft, and this release shows the results.

The track builds on his habit of crafting strong melodies. He weaves indie pop, grunge, synth-pop, folk, and contemporary classical pieces together, using adventurous harmonic ideas and microtonality to give the arrangement a distinct identity without making it hard to enjoy.
