The Kellows – “Eve”
The Kellows are kicking off the year with a strong new single titled “Eve” and if you’ve been following their rise from earlier releases like “Do You Want Me To?” or “Breathe Me In”, this one feels like a real step forward and you will love it. You can feel something solid about how they’re putting themselves out there, like they know who they are now.
They recorded this one back in Sheffield with producer Alan Smyth, and you can tell they really leaned into that hometown energy and it’s got the same spark that caught people’s attention early on, but this time, the band sounds more focused. Not bad at all for a group of 17-year-olds. Compared to what they’ve released before, “Eve” goes deeper, and it can stick in your head for hours. The songwriting is rich and unique; it’s one of the reasons I love this track in the first place.
If you’re new to The Kellows, check out their earlier stuff to hear how they’ve been building to this and if you’re already on board, now’s a good time to keep paying attention. Make sure to follow them on social media so you don’t miss what’s next.
