Proklaim’s new single, “NOTHA 1 DOWN (MINI)” dropped on July 17, 2025, and if you’re into short, hard-hitting hip-hop that’s made for blasting in the car or catching attention on your feed, this one nails it.

The whole thing was done in a really spontaneous way, Proklaim bought the beat, knocked out the verse, and freestyled the hook in one quick session. You can tell it wasn’t overthought or overproduced, and that’s part of the appeal. It’s raw, direct, and it hits fast, there’s no buildup or dragging intro, it just goes for it. The goal was to make something that fits today’s short attention spans without losing the energy that drew him to hip-hop in the first place, and honestly, that comes through loud and clear.
