Stephe Wicks – “The Doomsday Clock”

Stephen Wicks is a 74-year-old singer-songwriter from Hertford, United Kingdom, who walked away from a long corporate career to make music. That kind of story is always cool to see, but his fifth single takes things to a completely different level. It is called The Doomsday Clock (85 Seconds to Midnight), and it gets straight to the point about some of the biggest anxieties facing our world today.

The whole track gets its name from the actual Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists’ clock, which is sitting closer to midnight than ever before.
